We support sending checks from your SEED account.

This is a two-step process: first, verify and create an address. Since addresses are so easy to get wrong, we insist on splitting this out into a separate process to happen first.

Second, creating a check request, containing the to address, who it is to, and any memo information.

The checks sent will be signed by SEED, and come from a randomly generated checking account number with a random check number (for security purposes). Sending checks is subject to certain limits per month (see the limits endpoint for more information).

The name of the account holder (the company) will appear at the top of the check.

Once the check has been created, it is not currently possible to cancel it (at this time).
